Spa Treatments:

Option 1: The following mini spa treatments generally take 5-10 minutes each.

• Chair Massage: A massage done on a specially designed chair. No clothing is removed and no oils are used.
  
  Twin Cities Metro: $60 + tax / hour or $1.50 / minute if paid for by individual guests.
  
  
• Mini Foot or Hand Treatments: Guests can choose whether they want the treatment done on their hands or their feet. Warmed towels are applied to the hands or feet, following by an exfoliating salt scrub. The scrub is removed with another warm towel, then a luxurious moisturizer is applied. The mini-treatment concludes with a short massage.
  
  Twin Cities Metro: $60 + tax / hour or $15 / treatment
  
  
• Mini Foot Reflexology Treatments: A 5-10 minute reflexology treatment targeting commonly imbalanced reflexes on the feet.
  
  Twin Cities Metro: $60 + tax / hour or $1.50 / minute if paid for by individual guests.
  
  
• Peel-Off Facial Masks: This treatment is great fun to do as a group, and works well as a group activity because the majority of the time that it takes involves sitting and letting the mask set (this also makes a great opportunity for a photo to send to everybody afterwards as a souvenir :-). A warm towel will be applied to the face to open the pores, them the mask will be applied. The client will be instructed to leave the mask on for 15 minutes, while the product works. The mask will peel off in one piece, and the client will be provided with a cool towelette to use on their face which will tighten their pores and tone their skin.
  
  Twin Cities Metro: $7 + tax / person
  
  
• Paraffin Hand Dip: A rich moisturizer will be applied to the hands, then they will be dipped repeatedly in a tub of warm paraffin wax. Your hands will then be wrapped to keep in the heat while the moisturizer and paraffin work to soften your hands and you will be instructed to let the parffin set for 10-15 minutes. The paraffin will peel off in one piece, leaving your hands silky and smooth
  
  Twin Cities Metro: $7 + tax / person

Option 2: All of my regular treatments are discounted by 10% for a spa party (as long as at least 2 hours worth of treatments are booked.) Outcall rates are not listed on the main part of my website, so If you would like to use this option for a party outside of the Lonsdale area, please call or e-mail me directly.

Games and Activities:

• Welcoming Foot Soak: This is a great way to get the party started. Each guest will have a chair and a basin setup filled with warm water, essential oils and herbs. They will soak their feet in the tub while they are provided with a refreshing, spa-style beverage. Towels will be provided for them to dry their feet, and moisturizer will be available for them to apply to their newly-softened feet.
  
  Twin Cities Metro: $7 + tax / person
  

• Positive Affirmation Booklets: I will provide squares of colored paper and pens. Each person will write the same affirmation on enough squares of paper for each person to have one. When you are all done, each person will get each affirmation and you will tie them together into a booklet to take home.
  
  Twin Cities Metro: $5 + tax / person

• Make your own bath products: Stations will be set up with instructions for each person to make their own bath and beauty products. I will provide the instructions, supplies and containers for making bath salts, salt or sugar scrub for rough hands or feet, milk bath, foot deoderant powder, or aromatherapy spritzer.
  
  1 product / guest : $7 + tax / person
  2 products / guest: $12 + tax / person ($6 each)
  3 products/ guest: $15 + tax / person ($5 each)
  
  
• Aromatherapy Blending Bar: I will provide essential oils, blending bottles, as well as instructions/guidance on how to make essential oils blends for specific health benefits, for using around the house in cleaning and disinfecting, for first aid, bug spray, etc.
  
  1 blend / guest: $6 + tax / person
  2 blends / guest: $9 + tax / person ($4.50 each)
  3 blends / guest: $11 + tax / person ($3.66 each)
  
  
• Mini Classes (can include one per spa party):
  
  Reflexology (30 minutes): In this class, guests will learn to give a mini-reflexolgoy foot massage. I will teach some basic reflexes and relaxation techniques and you will have the opportunity to partner up and practice on each other.
  
  $45 (class only)
  $55 (class + wallet sized refleoxlogy cards for everyone to take home)
  
  Aromatherapy (30 minutes): This class covers commonly used essential oils and contraindications and how aromatherapy can be used in your life.
  
  $45 (class only)
  $55 (class + each participant gets to make and take home a custom aromatherapy blend)
  
  Basics of Tea (30 minutes): Tea is all over the news today. It has been proven to have many health benefits. We will talk about different types of tea and their health benefits as well as how to properly buy, prepare and store tea.
  
  $45 (class only)
  $55 (class + tea sampling bar)

Food/Beverage:

Food and beverages suitable for a spa party include fancy bottled water or pitchers of water with lemon or cucumber slices, sparkling fruit juices, finger foods on tiered trays, an assortment of fancy cheeses and crackers, or an assortment of dark chocolate (which has been proven to have health benefits).If you wish me to provide food and / or beverages for you party, I would be happy to do so. I charge a 15% fee in addition to the cost of the food purchased to do this.

• Basic Invitations mailed out to your guests: $1.50 / person
• Deluxe Invitations (Party details printed on a spa accessory and mailed to your guest): $7 / person
